What should I do if my parcel is lost?

If your tracking link states that your parcel has been delivered, but you have not received it, please file a complaint with your local courier and provide us with a complaint number.

 

Please message us or email us at aftersales@ipitaka.com ASAP if you think your parcel is lost. We will send you a replacement product ASAP once we obtain all of the relevant information.
