Do I need to pay the shipping costs if I decide that I want to return the goods?

You will never need to bear any shipping cost if the product is faulty. We will compensate you for the return shipping costs once we have confirmed that the product is defective, however, you will need to pay for it initially. The return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt up to a maximum amount of 50 USD.

 

However, if our technical team finds that the item is not DOA, we will not be able to refund the return shipping fee. Please also contact our aftersales team at [email protected] for more details on PITAKA's approved shipping methods.
