What should I do if I see “No result found for your DHL query. Please try again.” when tracking my package with the tracking number provided?

Please contact us if you see this. It means your package is stuck in the carrier’s warehouse for some unknown reason, which may include but not limited to:

 

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information, e.g., wrong postcode, incorrect address information, missing data for shipping, non-English address information etc.;
  • ODA (out-of-delivery-area)
  • Some other reasons, which may prevent the carrier from processing the shipping.
