What should I do when my MagDock Pro cannot connect to the PITAKA App?

  1. Make sure you have registered APP account

    Program disconnection is possible to happen due to the difference in the network environment of different customers.

    Make sure the phone and the MagDock pro are set under the same network(The router is 2.4G).

  2. Press the bottom button for 5 seconds to enter the WIFI mode

    Try to change the WiFi name to the current network (When logging in, the WiFi name is still the default "Unknown ssid" which means that it has not changed to the current network name.)

  3. Reset after signing out the app, and reset the MagDock Pro when unstable connection occurs
