If you find in the tracking link that the parcel shows been delivered but actually you have not received it,  please figure out if there is any possibility that it was received by your family or neighbors; 

If you still can't find your parcel after all these efforts, please file a complaint to your local courier and provide us with a complaint number, we are sure that we can figure this out together. 


Please message us or email us at aftersales@ipitaka.com ASAP if you think that your parcel is lost or missing.  We will send you a replacement product ASAP once we obtain all of the relevant information.
