You will never need to bear any shipping cost if the product is faulty. We will compensate you for the return shipping costs once we have confirmed that the product is faulty, but you will need to pay for it in the first instance. The return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt up to a maximum amount of 50 USD.
