You can always make a return or exchange without any reason within 7 days from when it was delivered. If you would like to return or replace the goods after that for a quality reason, please email us (email@example.com) to file a claim. Please include your Order number/Backer NO, name, address, and phone number (including area code) with the item along with a description of the problem.
We will evaluate the claim at our discretion within 3~5 business days after receiving your email. If the claim meets our manufacturing defects, we will acknowledge it and process the warranty. You may be requested to get the claimed product or part(s) to an approved warranty destination. Once the product or part(s) is (are) received along with the repair order number, we will refund your processing fee and repair or replace your product at our discretion.
Please note that all items are eligible for return when they are in their original condition and including all product documentation.
We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
