What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received the wrong product, please email our aftersales team aftersales@ipitaka.com with the following:


  • Your order number.
  • A description of the fault.
  • Detailed pictures, including the original packaging.


We will then send you the correct product for free. Supporting photographs/videos will help us to handle your claims faster.
