Warranty is warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for its lifetime. A defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw produced by a manufacturing error, including falling off of magnets, bending or breaking of the layers, etc.
Important Notice: Engraved items or customized items are not refundable.
This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser. PITAKA will only authorize the warranty claim if it was purchased from an official store or an authorized dealer.
